Many of us have dedicated years, even decades, to our profession, finding purpose and fulfillment in the work we do. So, the idea of early retirement can feel daunting, especially when the next chapter seems uncertain or undefined. That fear is natural, and you’re not alone in feeling this way. But how do you overcome such thoughts, especially if you have no idea what the next move will look like?

So, how do you begin The answer lies in “self-reflection”, a process that helps you draw out answers that have been buried beneath the surface of a lifetime spent focused on work. I’ve personally pondered this transition for quite some time, and it’s not easy to think of what comes next after a rewarding career.

However, I’ve moved beyond thought to action, and I’ve found that self-reflection is a powerful tool in shaping the next chapter. It’s something we can’t underplay.
