For years, I was building skills; teaching, creating, coaching, strategizing. I had the degrees, the certifications, and the experience. But something inside kept whispering: There’s more. There’s deeper. There’s soul work to be done.
It took pausing to reflect — truly reflect — to realise that while I had mastered what I could do, I hadn’t fully stepped into what I was meant to do. The turning point wasn’t dramatic. It was in the quiet moments: walking mile after mile during marathon training, speaking affirmations before a podcast episode, journaling after a challenge. Those small practices helped me connect my skills to my calling.
Your skills are valid. They are useful. But until they’re aligned with your values, purpose, and passions, they’ll never feel whole.
I’ve learned that:
• Reflection transforms capability into calling.
• Process reveals purpose.
• And mindset shifts unlock new momentum.
This is what I now help others do, especially those transitioning from long-standing careers into their next chapter. Because bridging the gap between what you can do and what you’re called to do is where the magic happens.
So let me ask:
Where are you still functioning in skills but feeling the pull of soul work?
What might happen if you gave yourself permission to pursue it?
Let’s talk about it. Your legacy is waiting.
That’s why I created the “𝐅𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐨 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐞𝐥𝐟-𝐑𝐞𝐟𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐉𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐥”, 𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐨𝐧 𝐀𝐦𝐚𝐳𝐨𝐧. It’s designed to help you kick-start your journey by guiding you through the reflective process. It certainly helped me.
